I have made a mistake by configuring the certificate and choosing all the options of TLS1 and TLS1.2 and all the checkboxes and now control panel is not working, I keep getting this error:

SSL connection error

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

can you please help me

We have just setup a webmin account but found that we are restricted so that only 1 IP address can have access to the account. Is it possible to change this?

I have an old web-based solution which i need to reinstall to gather some data. Unfortunately it only runs with PG 8.4. So i installed PG 8.4 according to those instructions:

Then i want to check for that server in webmin and it says that the server has not been started. Interestingly enough ps -el shows me four postgres processes.

I'm using Webmin 1.760 with Authentic Theme (latest).

I note that it takes quite some time (3-4 minutes) to load and render Perl Modules.

And then when I look at a module and click on "Return to modules list" the page loading starts again with spinner showing for another 3-4 minutes.

Is possible to cache these rendered views in right frame and only update the view (DataTable) if there is a change in modules?

I also note that although I manually installed LWP::UserAgent it does not show up in the modules list.

I don't know when this happened, but it has been over at least a few months now.

Basically I was hacked (I think Shellshock) and after that I removed BASH as the default and used DASH, removed many CGI directives, moved my SSH folders and config to another location (as the hacker had managed to overwrite my SSH config with a script that used WGET to load in another scipt hidden behind another website that loaded in library of functions for hacking (DDOS, SQL/XSS etc)).

I have two servers:

Web Server - Webmin installed, running NGINX, etc... Database Server - Webmin installed and MySQL. The web server has Webmin's Cluster Modules installed, and the database server is registered in the Server Index so it appears in the Cluster Modules.

However, I see no way to manage MySQL in Webmin or the Cluster Modules.

Does anyone know of a way to configure it to do this? Or a Module that can be installed to achieve this?

I usually use "apt-get update && apt-get upgrade" when doing updates on my Debian 7.8 box.

Right now that shows no package updates needed, but...

When I log into domain:10000, I see:

Webmin version 1.760 is now available, but you are running version 1.750

Do you know why I don't see this update via apt-get ???

I see 4 "ignore" entries when doing apt-get update:

I've read in previous posts that these messages are harmless and normal, but what are they, where are they coming from, why every 15 minutes? I previously had Postgresql disable and have now enable it - just for these messages...
