Hello, I'm setting up my server with virtualmin and when I create a new host with webmin user, virtualmin sets some default ACL, I was wonder where can I change those default?

for example, I would like to remove all user rights but assign the user to a group I can then easily modify.

I deleted all of the domains except fablor.net on my Server and attempted to do clean re-installs. System would not allow as they were already existing.(still)

They do not show up under Vservers list.

We have a FC5 & Virtualmin system with

i18n LANG="es_ES.UTF-8" SYSFONT="latarcyrheb-sun16"

Weh put any file wiht ftp, cfp and after open with emacs, or show on URL, national characters, show ilegal chars.

If show with vi I see a ilegal characters.

I'm very lost.

Hi all I think this bw.pl is related to virtualmin ? Can anyone tell what it is and is it normal for it do take the cpu sometimes up to 90-99% for way to long ?

Hi, What is the right way to add more IP,s to the server in Webmin/Virtualmin. The new ip-range is not in the same series as the allready installed IP's, so none of the info below is same. They should be added to the same NIC eth0. I'm on a FC4 box with Virtualmin Pro.

I have the following info that should be added somewhere: IP-range: x.x.x.x/x Netmask: x.x.x.x Network: x.x.x.x Broadcast: x.x.x.x Gateway: x.x.x.x

I have SVN installed and I'm interested in deploying WebSVN and repository setups for each of my Virtualmin accounts. I was curious what the best approach is when doing so. I had planned to simply setup /etc/skel with svn/ containing websvn/ and repos/ and having Virtualmin substitute variables to configure WebSVN specifically for the vhost. Does this seem like a resonable approach?

If you have SVN setup on your virtualmin server, please share with us your arrangement of things.

Hello. When trying to setup Virtualmin it tells me that MySQL is not properly configured. The docs say that all that is needed is that it be running. It's definitely running, so what else do I need to do? Thanks.

Hi people, I THOUGHT I had it fixed.... must have been wishful thinking...... But I really need to get it work soon.. I DO read up on the system docs, but they are beyond my experience of many years.... but only with THAT Other One without these problems and I really don't want to become a Geek at my age.... :-)

No matter what I've tried to do to in Wmin/VMIN to access FTP functions, here is a random sample of errors encountered below. Also default skel presentation doesn't work. (Old problem but not important)

I get this when i check my settings in virtualmin: Quotas are not enabled on the filesystem / which contains email files under /var/spool/mail. Quota editing for email has been disabled.

however repquota hsows the following: repquota -a *** Report for user quotas on device /dev/cciss/c0d0p2 Block grace time: 7days; Inode grace time: 7days Block limits File limits

How do I install my ssl cert on webmin so that it actually works. I paste it in, and it still isn't working.
