I don't think there is currently any way to install a cert for Webmin using Webmin (you can use the file manager or the upload/download module to upload it to /etc/webmin/miniserv.pem, but the SSL Encryption page doesn't provide a means to upload or paste in a cert--I suspect you're looking at the "Additional certificate files (for chained certificates)" field, which looks a bit paste-able, but it isn't really...it accepts additional chained certificate filenames).
That page is probably a bit clumsier than it needs to be. I'll file a wish in the bug tracker to see if we can't get an "upload certificate" button added.
Never mind. I just changed the miniserv.pem file. I guess adding the certificates in the GUI doesn't work for some reason. Working now.
