Hello.
When trying to setup Virtualmin it tells me that MySQL is not properly configured. The docs say that all that is needed is that it be running. It's definitely running, so what else do I need to do?
Thanks.
I guess I should have been more clear in the docs: It must be running and Webmin's MySQL module must know it is running (and be able to administer it).
So, browse to the MySQL Database Server module, and see what's going on. If you have installed your MySQL from anything other than a system native package provided by your OS, you'll have to manually configure all of the options in the Module Config page--Webmin has defaults that suit your OS. If you change the paths, configs, and pid locations, you have to reconfigure the module to match.
