I want to customize login page in Virtualmin and Usermin but I have problem. I try to set pre login page (Webmin Configuration->Authentication->Show pre-login file), but this page show first time well, everything is fine.. But after refresh , there is default login page again. And then after next refresh there is my own page again .. and so continue ... I don't understand, why it is alternating default and new login page.
Could someone to help me?
Hello, after the last update none of my php scripts work. Whenever I tried to access a .php file through the browser it prompts me to save the file instead of executing it. Anyone knows what could be the problem? Thanks

I would appreciate it if someone could suggest a good server control panel. I have about 10 or 11 web sites. I'm presently using Ensim Pro 10, (on RHEL) but it's being discontinued.
I've used ISPconfig in the past. However, it appears that they might be in transition from version 2 to version 3, and version 3 might not work right on my CentOS 5.3 OS on one server.
I've used the free versions of usermin and webmin. Not what I want.
Virtualmin GPL does not support templates, and I think that templates might save us time.
How do I set up an email blackhole in virtualmin gpl?
ie: I want emails to thisaddress@domain.com to be deleted, no bounce or response.

Hi, I'installed Virtualmin GPL install.sh (version 1.0.3) on a Debian Lenny 5.0 server. Everything's allright but sending email from a remote client. I'was trying to troubleshoot sasl when I've found the problem is with smtp and pam configuration (maybe, I'm here to find some confirmations about that...).
Testing sasl with shadow mech was ok. Testing sasl with pam mech was so baaaad.
What is the best way to change the the root password that is used by the system and the superuser in virutalmin/webmin? Will changing this password impact the two registered webmin servers I use for DNS slaves? Is there anything else that could be impacted by changing the root password?
On a side note, what is the best approach to allow a user to have the equivilent privileges as root, so that we can show accountability in the logs etc. for system management tasks.

Pretty much a newb and have revisited this site and product a few times. However living the Microsoft lifestyle has my head in a way that is hard to get wrapped around this dynamic of Linux and Virtualmin.

Hi all, I see on the system information screen that there is an update available. It is listed as
"clamav End-user tools for the Clam Antivirus scanner"
But when I click "Install All Updates" the update fails with the last few lines reading:
clamav-filesystem-0.95.2-1.vm.el5.i386 from virtualmin has depsolving problems --> clamav-filesystem conflicts with clamav Error: clamav-filesystem conflicts with clamav
.. install failed!
Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
