Hi,

It's the first time that I take a close look at webmin and I'd like to migration from Cpanel accounts. I have some newbie questions:

1. Is there a script or plugin that helps migrate entire cpanel accounts?

2. If so, does it migrate email accounts as well. If not, how can I transfer all email users and their emails (without changing passwords if possible?)

First off, really digging Virtualmin. Been kicking the tires for a few months and its been a great experience so far.

I'm a bit confused on the MySQL users though. Right now I can see under Webmin's Database Permissions page that a particular user (Tito) should have access to only one database (also Tito).

However, when I log in to PhpMyAdmin with that user, I can see all of the databases on my account.

In fact, that is the case for all of my database users.

hello, i've beeb working for days and im not find a way to solve it, im using nginx virtualmin fastcgi php 5.6.7 and zendopcache

after setup zend opcache when i look at php info zend opcache are running but not caching anything, the same problem when using x-cache, x-cache are running but opcode is disabled.

cache hits ==>0 cache miss ==>0 script cache ==>0

how to make zend opcache working?

I was hoping you could help me with changing the default website on my webmin (latest stable version) on Ubuntu 14.04LTS.

When I select a new website that I want to have as default, I get this error:

Making website the default .. .. failed : Cannot handle swap between /etc/apache2/sites-available/example1.com.conf and /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/0-test.example2.com.conf

all files in /etc/apache/sites-available have same rights (-rwxr-x--- 1 root root).

I was trying to look for a detailed log why did it not succeed, but didn't get it.

We use Virtualmin installed on Ubuntu 12.04. We migrated it about 3 years ago from a system running Ubuntu 10.04 and ever since then new users are created as "username.domain" rather than how the old users were created "username@domain".

Now we are coming to migration to a google apps for business account, which can log into an IMAP server but it can only use email address usernames in the "username@domain" format.

i use CenotOS 6, i run wordpress website, i have problem after i updated my wordpress website, when i try to log in admin area, it won't me long in, i get error which says some table permission is read only, so i want to know how to change table permissions, i tried to change table permissions but every time i try to change one, i get another error message saying that another table permission is read only so i couldn't change any table permission...

Hello everyone, one of the user's alias somehow got screwed up. It should have been "user.domain" but it was written as "user-domain" I did fix that, however there is one incoming email that is stuck in queue and it is now destined to "user-domain.ca@mail.domain.ca". I have tried going to /var/spool/postfix/deffered but there is no way of manually redirecting the email. Is there anything I can do to redirect to the correct address?

I am not exactly new to Virtualmin, but I am now starting to use the email functions for my sites.

In the process I have managed to either screw up or not set up properly the autoconfig.

Here is what I need: 1) An autoconfig that works 2) An autoconfig setup for my Virtual Servers that will point them all to my Virtualmin Server's hostname. (i.e if company.com is trying to configure their email the script will direct them to myhostserver.tld). 3) Use my virtualmin host servers SSL certificate in Postfix and Dovecot

The Free Software Foundation has a project at openssl.org which they say will make it feasible to automatically install valid certificates for any web site. Are you tracking this? It would be a killer app for Virtualmin if and when...
