Help! (Home for newbies)

I just have one ip on my server. Shared amongst my sites with one site being secured with a cert.

When I access virtualmin, I am using the url https://hostname.maindomain.com/19444

As expected, MSIE gives me the security page saying the page isn't secure and warning me not to continue. I click through anyway.

Is there a way to avoid that and go straight to the page? The maindomain.com is the site that is secured, but that is on port 443.

I am trying to install on a fresh Cent OS installation using the install script. So far it has gone like this:

I have everything working, my ubuntu virtualmin server is sending mail, from MS Outlook and from the webmail interface, but everything I send to yahoo for a test is landing in the spam folder. I have an spf record for the server name, and I have a ptr record set up at the colo. Is there more I need to do?

Hello, i need my homepage response to two domains, virtualmin is not the dns server of the zone, but in the other dns server i put two domains pointing to virtualmin, one of this finally go to the homepage of joomla, but the second domain i don't have any idea to tell Apache to response with the homepage of the first domain, please help me a little, i'm playing with aliases and redirect but i think i need one docs because i don't make anything that working :-(

I've setup scheduled backups (full monthly, incremental daily) on my server and they don't seem to get triggered.

The root user's crontab contains this:

@monthly /etc/webmin/virtual-server/backup.pl --id 123974394718634 @daily /etc/webmin/virtual-server/backup.pl --id 123974406619089

and if I execute either one of those commands manually at the command line, the backups gets done as expected. Same if I do it manually in the Virtualmin web interface.

I'm running Virtualmin 3.68 Pro on CentOS Linux 5.3.

I re-built my server using Suse 11.1 + Sendmail Apache Mysql Clamav and freshclam plus of course Webmin / Virtualmin GPL.

Made sure my templates where correct in Virtualmin, re-loaded the backedup virtual servers using restore. So far so good and everything seemed to be working OK. Spamassassin and Clamav where writting the correct header info into email.

Is there any way how to split named.conf and named.hosts files into views simply in webmin/virtualmin? I need it only for our main domain for now so I can do it manually, but in future I will need this for some of our clients.

Is it possible to server up multiple SSL virtual servers on one IP address with separate certs and have the sites differentiated by port number? (so that the correct certificate is used)

I have briefly tried to do this but haven't been successful... It seems that it is probably not possible using virtualmin?

I was getting a permission denied error in mail.log from saslauthd when i tried to enable 'server requires authentication' in MS Outlook. So I chmod 775 /var/spool/postfix/var/run/saslauthd and adduser postfix sasl according to the help forum stuff I could find. Now I can enable 'server requires authentication', but the email still sends without this enabled. It now sends mail either way, checked or unchecked. I am pretty sure that this would set my server up to be used as a spam server, if you could send without a login required. How do I shut off access to smtp without a login?
