I'm moving a load of cPanel accounts over to a new server with VirtualMin Pro on which is going fine but one thing has stumped me.

I get and understand the subserver, alias etc but I want to setup a redirect so that mail.domain.com forwards directly to domain.com/squirrelmail

What's the best way? Should I create a new sub-server and setup a root redirect to that URL or not install squirrelmail on the main domain and just setup a subserver mail.domain.com that has squirrelmail installed on it?

I just install virtual min GPL 3.54. And i create virtual domail (liquid.co.id), and i create email user. And now i want open my mail, i write mail.liquid.co.id in other computer and other internet line (not local), and i can't open that site (error web page)? why? Thank's for help...

Hi all, i created 4 virtualhosts in virtualmin. (everyting is created as a virtualhost no subhost or alias cause i need seperate users)

domain1.tld domain2.tld user1.domain1.tld user2.domain1.tld

i didn't change any of the default settings and everything works fine but when i type doesnotexist.domain1.tld i'm refered to user1.domain1.tld which isn't perfect but when i type doesnotexist.domain2.tld i'm also refered to user1.domain1.tld which is absolutely horrible.

I've several servers with Virtuualmin Pro.

In one of them, I can't create virtual servers on any domain.

On the rest, i see this:

New virtual server type: Top-level server | Sub-server | Alias of xxxx.xxx

On the wriong server, only can create Servers?

I'm lost

I am re-installing VM on my debian 4.0 server after having issues with the first installation. This is a purchased license.

The first installation worked fine for a while (a couple days) then I kept getting "Error - File Not Found" errors when I tried to select options in the left hand frame of the control screen. Try as a I might, I couldnt resolve the issue and didn't find anything in the Forums about it either. So, in order to get smarter, I decided to reinstall based upon reinstallation instructions I found in the forum.

I've installed Virtualmon on a CentOS 5 box, everything is working fine so far. I've followed the LDAP combine guide, adding users is working, but i have some problem with postfix and ldap. I've setup postfix to use ldap as it was said in the above mentioned document, but when i try to create a domain it says:

I am getting this error:

"Failed to save scheduled monitoring : Missing or invalid offset"

I just choose the default settings for scheduled monitoring and get this error. Any quick ideas?

I have been running Virtualmin for quite a few months now and appreciate the time it has saved me with setting up and managing domains.
