How to open mail?

I just install virtual min GPL 3.54. And i create virtual domail (liquid.co.id), and i create email user. And now i want open my mail, i write mail.liquid.co.id in other computer and other internet line (not local), and i can't open that site (error web page)? why? Thank's for help...

my firewall is disable, and my ftp cannot open too (ftp.liquid.co.id). Please help me Joe. You can try mail.liquid.co.id or ftp.liquid.co.id and liquid.co.id too. And see what happend. Thank's...
