Help! (Home for newbies)

Somehow this user can't receive email because of NOQUEUE as I see in the mail logs. This is the error I get:

Mar 21 09:14:05 ns1 postfix/smtpd[31952]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from snt0-omc1-s3.snt0.hotmail.com[65.55.90.14]: 554 5.7.1 <user@domain.com: Relay access denied;

(italics is dummy email address for posting)

In Mail and FTP Users, I "Added a user to this server", with e-mail and FTP.

Defined "Subdirectory of server's home" as /home/domain_name/public_html/user_folder

Using the username.domain and the password, I should be able to log into his directory for him, right?

I have tried both www.domain.com and www.domain.com/user_folder as the hostname in FTP.

So I created a new email user and selected unlimited Home Directory Quota. Realizing this was a mistake I went back to set a modest limit and saw that over 1.6GB was being used by this new user and over 7,000 files! I thought I would just delete and start over but no way. I set the limit and it was right back to where it was when I first created the user. This doesn't seem right, what am I missing?

Whenever I create a new Virtual Server and try to preview the site I get the following error, until I reboot the server, then the preview works as expected. I tried restarting Apache without the reboot, but no joy.

Any suggestions?

Can't log in as root,,I know my password.

I used a cd key off of a win xp cd rom.

so if i for get i just look at xp cd case.

I know i used all lower case.

can any one help.where is the password file/log

or do i have to format my drive and re-install.

I can login in as the user at first install. but as root

can't login to virtualmin server 127.0.0.1:10000

What's the difference between composite, virtual and traditional folder ? I don't find it on the documentation

Running a VPS with Cent OS 5.2. When I reboot the server and run Re-check config, I get the message:

Quotas are not enabled on the filesystem / which contains home directories under /home and email files under /home. Quota editing has been disabled

When I look at the settings under webmin I have to reset and re-enable the disk quotas. I then run Re-Check config and all is well until I reboot.

I attempted to install one of the suggested Perl modules Authen::Libwrap and encountered errors during install. The install script asks a number of questions that are answered along the way except for the last one:

(1) Africa (2) Asia (3) Central America (4) Europe (5) North America (6) Oceania (7) South America Select your continent (or several nearby continents) [] Sorry! since you don't have any existing picks, you must make a geographic selection.

Possible endless loop in output detected!

Other than that each preceding step of the process is fine.

Yes, I'm new to the virtualmin package however, i have had much success in installing the software -- very smooth! My issue is that when i create a web location on the local box instead of going into /var/www/ it creates the location in the home folder. 

I have disabled the suexec, and changed the apache data to reflect /var/www/ instead of ${home} which for some reason keeps reverting back to the ${home} string. Any suggestions? ANY help would be much appreciated.
