Got a problem not covered by the docs? Don't know where to look in the docs or in the forums? All of the other forums over your head? If you're new to Virtualmin, this is the place for you.

Email Account Missing .spam folder

So, had an existing domain on our server that did not have "Spam filtering enabled?" selected under Virtualmin -> Edit Virtual Server -> Enabled features. Selected the feature and then "Save Virtual Server" and now Spam Assassin should be running for the domain. However, when we access an existing email account, the .spam folder and subfolders are missing. Should these have been auto created?

Trying to clean out this guys messy email account. Thanks for any help.

Is it possible to enable ESNI on VirtualMin Server?

I could not find any module to install for ESNI. It seems that only CloudFlare based domains currently have ESNI support. There seems to be no module available for Apache. Was wondering if it is possible to enable ESNI support currently on VirtualMin based servers. There seems to be no information available on this here.

[solved] Upgrade Debian 8 -> 9 : DKIM is totaly broken !

I upgrade a virtuamin installation under Debian 8 to Debian 9. At the end of the upgrade, the service opendkim wan't to start ...

Emails created by added users to virtual server not saving/forwarding/sending

I can save/send/forward emails from the virtual server owner, but any added email users can only send a simple message (i.e. subject only message with signature. no body content).

If I attempt to forward an email received by the added user or save it as a draft email -- when I click either button there is no action. The send email button and save draft buttons no longer work after clicking on them. Nothing in que, nothing in mail log. I can save, send, forward, from any of the main virtual server owner accounts.

Why is Virtualmin not getting/showing the correct Operation System after Debian update?

I dist-upgraded a working system from Debian 7 to Debian 8 and then to Debian 9 (in 2 steps). But Virtualmin is not showing/getting the correct Operation System now, it still shows "Operating system: Debian Linux 7.1", but the system runs on Debian GNU/Linux 9.9.

My system:
Webmin version: 1.900
Virtualmin version: 6.06-2 Pro
Kernel and CPU: Linux 3.10.9-xxxx-grs-ipv6-64 on x86_64

Do you recommend uninstalling and re-installing Virtualmin?

Server blocking requests to itself?

I'm trying to run Boonex Dolphin and the version I'm using runs under PHP5.6. I've installed 5.6 and the site runs perfectly except for the News feed which extracts information from the Boonex site and shows it on my site. Although it's not a feature I'll be using, I understand that the problem can and probably will affect other features.
