I have just installed virtualmin & I must say its really nice and fast. I can't find a way how to create a email forwarding account with catchall.

like i want to have catchall email account which will be forward to other email on other server.

I've been searching everywhere for this but just not finding the answer. I see many people use Virtualmin with EC2 but they don't ever say how do you gain access to the new Virtual Server you created.

Virtualmin / Webmin seem to be running fine.

I create Virtual Server Domain name: example.com Description: testing Administration password: superman rest of features are default

Creates fine.

Now I have tried to SSH and FTP to ec2-{something}.compute-1.amazonaws.com (of course replace {something} with your info) also tried the elastic IP assigned

my server send spam emails to Gmail

I have pointed my server ns1.mainsite.com > my server (Namecheap panel) is then I have added ns1.mainsite.com > my server to Webmin DNS,

and added v=spf1 a mx a:mainsite.com ip4: several ?all with DomainKeys Identified Mail options to all domains

and added my server ip> ns1.mainsite.com as reversed DNS to ovh VPS.

I wish to install ImageMagick in an existing Virtualmin context. Is there a standard protocol for this? (ie. directory locations, manual edits to ini files, etc.)

Details: CentOS Linux 6.9 Webmin version: 1.844 Virtualmin version: 5.99 Kernel and CPU: Linux 2.6.32-696.1.1.el6.x86_64 on x86_64 PHP version: 5.3.3

OK. I am trying to post an issue I have with code but every time I try to post I get an access denied.

How do I post the contents of a conf file or do I need to attach it as a zip file or something?

Please could someone let me know as I have an issue with the www alias and it's driving me crazy.

I have created a simple "offline" site which works when calling it without the www alias but whenever I add www it times out.

The site is mybusinessserver.co.uk which works fine, but www.mybusinessserver.co.uk does NOT.

The site is setup to use SSL with Let's Encrypt and the certificate is valid.

Could someone please explain how I can get the www alias to work.

I am having problems trying to create a simple Virtual Server.

The thing is that when I try to acces "mydomain.com" ... it sends me the default index.html store in /var/www/html/ instead of the one store in /home/userformydomain/public_html

This is driving me crazy, I have been hazlleing with this issue for the whole day.

I'm looking to update the verion of httpd on our RHEL 7 server to 2.4.6.45 (current version 2.4.6.40). Is there any news about of when/if this version will be available in the repos? The CentOS version, which I believe is what the Virtualmin packages of httpd are built from, was released on the 13th of April.

Sorry if this sounds like begging.

I've been struggling for days to get this running and I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong.

I'm tying to setup a PHP site I've made.

I have Virtualmin setup on my VPS.

I have my domain pointed towards my nameservers which I setup with my VPS IP address.

My questions I guess would be,

1. Do I need to use BOTH Virtualmin AND Webmin? Or can I setup everything with Virtualmin?

2. How do I setup Mysql on Virtualmin? I have my database setup in Webmin, but do I need to link them somehow?
