Help! (Home for newbies)

Whenever I create a new virtual server Its html directory is blank...I would like a default page for all new virtual servers to be automatic. I have selected the ssl website option but still end up with empty directory.

user/public_html/ is empty after creation of virtualmin virtual server. I want it to contain index.html automatically.

As the question states...

What is the difference between setting up a web hosting server with many client accounts and websites on it, using either of the following methods:

1. /home/virtualserver-account/website (e.g. Virtualmin, and Vestacp)

2. /var/www/clients/client/website? (e.g. ISPConfig)

I am trying to install hope billing.

I have got all the way through the install process, have a populated database (from checking it in virtualmin), however, the last step is to create a hope billing adminstrative user and select default currency.

As soon as i hit the submit button for new user, i get the following error

SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user ''@'localhost' (using password: NO)

I have everything working as expected, mail is send etc but I am a bit confused by this:

If you go to any domain name that has been added as a virtual server and use mail.domainname.tld - you view a Roundcube Webmail login screen

Please help me to resolve a problem. I use Debian 9 with PHP sury.org repositories and GPL Virtualmin to host several webpages and mails. After I had installed Debian update to Apache2 2.4.25-3+deb9u3 and around that time my Multi PHP capability failed. If i was intending to make a change to my existing whmcs installation from https://whmcs.foo.com to https://billing.foo.com or perhaps https://foo.com using "virtualmin>Server configuration>change domain name" are there any special considerations i need to keep in mind? (I see there is a "move virtual server" option as well?)
