What is the best approach to offering mail setup etc for me and my clients. I want all mail to run through mail.example1.com and new users will aim their MX record at mail.example1.com but I am notr sure how I can ensure this works

Currently, for people i add they have their own mail.domain.tld and its good because i know it works but its easier and better if I can point it all to my owns domain server.

Is there any setup steps I need to follow? Also is there any way I can reflect this in the 'suggested DNS records'?

Hello, i have a problem with my wordpress install : it executes script as www-data and not the username of the vhost. I read that Suexec is responsible for that, how can change this? In the suexec directive, of the vhost file, it is stated that the user is username, there nowhere stated www-data, i am confused. thank you for your help.

Picking out one of the virtual servers and viewing the DNS Records in Virtualmin I get:

Warning - errors were found in this domain's DNS records : This domain has email enabled, but none of the MX records point to it. Either the MX records should be corrected, or the email feature disabled if mail is hosted externally.

Hi, I have subscribed for PRO version of Virtualmin just for reason to get easy Foswiki installation script. But have trouble doing it. First I've got error that some packages missing but easily sorted it https://www.virtualmin.com/comment/795603#comment-795603 Now something else.

Spamtrap/hamtrap seems to be the most adored service but also the least well documented one. Sending spam to spamtrap@domain.tld does not work in my installation. It is bounced with the error message X-Postfix; mail to file is restricted.

Seems I had lets encrypt from github, haven't used it but planning to now use it. I may have tried it before it was officially added.

I fell in love with Virtualmin (coming from WHM) quite recently and just moved all websites with low traffic to our new virtualmin powered server.
From the performance point of view, the server is amazing. All websites are really snappy.

I am using Virtualmin version 6.02-3 on Ubuntu Linux 16.04.2. I have a problem on postfix mail server when I tried to receive an email from my gmail account on the mail server. My gmail show this reply:

Is it possible to use Virtualmin together with VestaCP on the same server? I like both products for different reasons and ideally would run them side-by-side. I tried installing VestaCP on the server with Virtualmin and it basically wiped out the Virtualmin installation. If I reinstall Virtualmin, will it wipe out VestaCP? Is there a way to get them working on the same server?
