[SOLVED] How can I add a AAAA (IpV6) PTR record?

Hi,

I'm getting the dreaded Gmail ipv6 failure message when sending emails to gmail addresses:
Our system has detected that this message does 550-5.7.1 not meet IPv6 sending guidelines regarding PTR records and 550-5.7.1 authentication. Please review 550-5.7.1  https://support.google.com/mail/?p=ipv6_authentication_error for more 550 5.7.1 information.

I could of course disable ipv6, but I'd rather not do that.
So I'm looking for some help to add the PTR in webmin.

Let's Encrypt SSL for System Hostname

Virtualmin GPL CentOS 7

I've managed to successfully install and generate a Let's Encrypt SSL cert, in Virtualmin for virtual server mydomain.com

I want to generate a cert, in Webmin, for the System Hostname of server1.mydomain.com

In Webmin > Webmin > Webmin Configuration > SSL Encryption > Let's Encrypt I have in the 'Hostnames for certificate' field server1.mydomain.com and if I 'Request Certificate' I get:

Failed to request certificate : No virtual host matching server1.mydomain.com was found

How do I use protected directories function?

Other than linking me to the documentation and I am trying not to take up the developers' time could someone walk me through the process of protecting a directory and then more importantly, how and what to use to log in. This function is not working as expected and no one has replied to any of my posts for months. The behavior I see is that one can password protect a folder, but no combination of username and password will allow access.

FTP server - ProFTPd Not working

I've just installed Virtualmin and was unable to get ProFTPd up and running in it's default config. I edited the config file as it was looking for a non-existent DSA host key file - the service now starts, but does not work.

running netstat -aln | grep :21 returns nothing, and I am unable to connect via FTP/Telnet to port 21.

I can connect use SFTP (via OpenSSH), so theres a workaround for now - just trying to figure out why this is happening, and it's difficult as ProFTPd isn't logging anything.

How to check that Spamhaus is being used

Hi Peeps,

Sorry to bring this topic up yet again (its a bit like a bad soap opera).

Spam is beginning to be a bit more of a problem again. I have greylisting enabled and Spamassassin running as spamc.

Some particularly vulgar emails are getting through and I am trying to sort out why. I checked out the headers of some of them and it seems that the originating IP is listed in, among many others, Spahhaus XBL but the headers don't list a hit for that.
