Hi,

Have just started to use Lets Encrypt but cannot open the websites in Safari on Windows (have not checked Safari on MAC).

Get the error:

Can't establish a secure connection to the server

The site is:

https://www.thelendingtree.co.nz

I am not sure if this is a certificate issue or a server config issue. I am using apache 2.4.6 and a Joomla 3.6.5 website forcing SSL connection.

I tried to install virtualmin on Centos 7.3 minimal.

After some try and errors I installed it fortunately correctly as I think.

But when I create a virtual server and upload a file index.html via a) its own ftp user or b) login with its own user into virualmin:10000 acount and use its uploading file service, I could not see anything more than this on the website.

Hi there. I have a server setup with virtual min. There are currently 3 virtual servers on it which are website only, and all of them have their DNS maintained elsewhere (heart internet).

I now need to create a new virtual server on it that has email as well as a site.

Am i best letting virtual min manage the dns for this so I can use email with dkim, SPF, virus scanning and spam check etc.

If so, what's the best way of doing this?

Should I create it as a nameserver or something? I'm a little unsure.

I've been managing Virtualmin servers for many years and am comfortable with most aspects except the deeper webmin modules and command-line stuff. Recently I tried importing a WordPress database from a different server and encountered a problem with the SQL character set being "UTF8MB4" rather than just good old UTF8. Apparently this is because I have an older MySQL installed.

I created a dev site on a tmp domain(domain.com) and created an SSL Cert via letsencrypt. Once I launched the site, I changed the domain to domain.com. If I now try to create an SSL Cert for this new domain it always fails. Likewise, when the automated virtualmin server validation tool runs, it returns an error like this:

SSL website : The SSL certificate for this virtual server does not match domain.com or www.domain.com. Instead, it matches the hostnames : domain.de

Specs: 2GB RAM, CentOS 7, Virtualmin 5.06, Fail2ban, Firewalld, PHP 5.4, PHP 5.6, Apache

Hey there I can't seem to sent transaction email and this is the error message I am getting

❌ Port 25 is open, but not to api.sendgrid.com. ❌ Port 587 is open, but not to api.sendgrid.com. ❌ Port 465 is open, but not to api.sendgrid.com.

Please I need help editing a users table password field for my wp site. The issue I have is after performing an edit and entering a new password. The password is not encrypted so when I try to login in it does not recognize the new password because there is a disconnect the new password entered was not encrypted. Where do I encrypt it. Hi there please I need my password for wordpress restet.

The default methods via email is not working. Usually with cpanel I could do this via php admin

I just need to be able to access my db and change the password I have been able to access the db but cannot change the password

Please help
