I'm receiving the following error when requesting a wildcard cert through the virtualmin panel,

"Requesting a certificate for zee.li, *.zee.li from Let's Encrypt .. .. request failed : Web-based validation failed : Wildcard hostname *.zee.li can only be validated in DNS mode DNS-based validation failed : Neither DNS zone zee.li or any of its sub-domains exist on this system"

I have Webmin version 1.930 on CentOS Linux 6.10 ant can't see Letsencrypt tab in Virtualmin -> Server Configuration -> manage SSL Certifikate (https://prnt.sc/p8o9d1) Virtualmin configuration don't show any errors. At Webmin -> Webmin -> System Configuration -> SSL Encryption I can see Letsencrypt (https://prnt.sc/p8ob6i), so i think it's installed

Hei, im on a fresh installed ubuntu 18.04 server distro with nginx as webserver and webmin / virtualmin installed to administrate my own additional domains. I use afraid for my dynamic ip and my domains are updated there with ns1 ns2 .. nameservers. Probably all works fine until I add my first virtual server and letsencrypt to that domain that’s used for the first virtual server. My webmin is installed with domain1.com and letsencrypt to secure sessions I spend on webmin so domain1.com and domain1.com:10000 works fine and are ssl crypted (green).

my ISP/host has given me a /64 and pointed it to my nameservers (ns1.domain.com / ns2.domain.com) - this is atypical from what other support threads have mentioned (where ISP usually just sets up the ptr records for you)

I'm trying to get ptr records working for a single address (ipv6addr:101) to deal with GMail delivery issues on the mail server. I'd like to keep ipv6 enabled for the server.

I migrated a couple of sites from old hardware to a new server. When I did that, SSL broke. I've checked that the SSL cert copied over properly, it did... All SSL settings "look" ok to me. What am I missing?

When going to https://domain.com I get the following error

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to domain.com. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. Error code: SSL_ERROR_RX_RECORD_TOO_LONG

i have set up an Webmin server and two domains attached. I can send mails from Usermin also recive.

Now i want to connect to the imap server from my phone and thunderbird. and here every things go wrong.

I think it might be an DNS CloudFlare problem? I have made a A record pointing to ip an MX mail pointing to ip also there is an MX domain pointing to domain. Can this be the issue?

Wich port should i use for in/out smtp - I have already assigned Lets encrypt to Postfix.

I really hope some one can help me with this stucked issue.

I have just installed Virtualmin on Centos 7.6 I am stuck-up with Dovecot POP3 Server Facing an error dovecot: pop3-login: Disconnected (tried to use disallowed plaintext auth)
