I added the DNS records that virtualmin proposed to me. Amongst others, there was this DNS record:

MX @ mail.MYDOMAIN.ch priority 5

mail. as a virtual subserver of MYDOMAIN.ch is not existing. After I set this, I could not receive emails anymore. I noticed this now, 20 days later. In every useraccount of that virtual server (Virtualmin -> edit user -> USER -> email settings), there were new emails correctly displayed: (New mail received 10/02/2019 7:42 PM) But the real folder was not containing any new emails.

I am trying to setup virtualmin for intranet.

This server is not connected to the internet. What I want to achieve, create in virtualmin several servers like: virtualserver1.intranet, virtualserver2.intranet, virtualserver3.intranet etc. and access these of course by the browser in our local network. If I need to use another port than 80, no problem.

But I cannot get it to work. I can only access the webmin portal on https:// IP:10000 and Apache2 Ubuntu Default Page on http ://IP

I have no access to the router, so hoping this is not a problem.

So I already have a VM running WAMP currently. It's DNS is being handled by cloudflare.

Since I'm running behind my home router, single IP and just port forwarding to a single VM. To minimize downtime, how can I have my webmin/virtualmin VM, take in ALL incoming requests for all 80 and 443 requests to my IP (through cloudflare and cloudflare's ssl) and have it redirect to my WAMP for domain A. Which I assume works the same for setting up another VM for hosting any other pages.

Also, can't find mod_proxy in the selectable options.

I've noticed that spamassassin isn't working (no headers, no mail redericted to .junk folder) and I got the following error

The file is indeed missing but why, what does it do and is that the reason spamassissn isn't working? I can't find much about it.

Hello! I'm setting up a Virtualmin + LAMP stack for the first time and everything works fine except for Postfix. It won't listen on port 25. I can login via imaps and send mail but they don't arrive and I can't receive either.

If I add smtp inet n - y - - smtpd -o smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes to master.cf it listens on port 25 but there are still no mails incoming and mails out still won't arrive

I was trying to setup SMTP for my server, then i run into SMTP error. I have 3 other virtual domains running on my server (CentOS 7).

postfix mail_version 3.4.6

My SMTP ports 25 and 587 are open and there are no blocks preventing mail, but my emails are not going through and I get SMTP errors message.

By navigating through the menus, links and buttons of Virtualmin, I can access all its URLs. But can not directly access a particular URL (with a bookmark for example). If I try to do it, I'm always redirected to the Virtualmin home.

For example, I can access, by navigating through Virtualmin, to the page: https://xx.xx.xx.xxx:10000/mysql/edit_dbase.cgi?db=mydatabase&xnavigation=1

I have a number of additional logins reported and the number allowed is one. Might I have been hacked? They have deleted the access logs but left the error logs

Hello! I'm on the way to migrate some web-projects from a managed vServer to "my own" vServer using virtualmin on debian 9. Currently I have disabled BIND becaus I want to use the nameservers of my hoster in order to save resources on my vServer and to spare out other challanges like redundancy and so on.

I have been struggling with email on virtualmin for well over 12 months with SSL for multiple domains. I can find no useful documentation anywhere on setting up Secure email for multiple domains using webmin / virtualmin. For example : My host site could be server.MYHOST.COM with mail.MYHOST.com, ns.MYHOST.COM etc and using its SSL cert in postfix etc. Then I have Websites: WEBSITE1.COM SECONDSITE.COM WEB3.COM etc all with there own SSL certificate for website.
