Hello everyone, thank you in advance for the help. I installed virtualmin using the install.sh script on a fresh Centos 7, so far all seems to go fine except phpmyadmin. I installed it via virtualmin "install scripts" tool, got no errors and a link to http://mydomain/phpmyadmin going to that address however does not output Phpmyadmin GUI but a text page showing php code, I do post here below the beginning of it.

As a newbies, I'm lost!

At start, I had PHP 5.6.x Then I installed PHP 7.1 and PHP 7.2

My server is used to run a simple wordpress site.

I wonder if I could set PHP 7.2 for this virtualserver. I tried System Settings -> Server Templates -> Default -> PHP Option with no effect and it still into 5.6 version online If I can set php to 7.2, next part will to update mysql

Any advice ?

I had just installed VirtualMin And Webmin on a fresh VPS machine, I want to have PhpMyadmin as i am familiar with it for importing exporting and other stuffs of database.

I had installed phpmyadmin as well but when i try to open PhpMyAdmin page it shows me full code instead of login page.

I tried installing all way, like from Webmin -> Software Packages, and directly from SSH as well, both results in same error, text/code showing on login page.

P.S. My Php is working as i had installed Wordpress on a virtual server and its working very fine.

Hello all I have just installed Virtualmin on my fresh install of Ubuntu 18.04. I want to install phpmyadmin but am struggling a bit. My server and software details are as below. Software Versions Operating system Ubuntu Linux 18.04.1 Webmin version 1.900
Usermin version 1.751 Perl version 5.026001 BIND version 9.11 Apache version 2.4.29 PHP versions 7.2.10 MySQL version 5.7.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.1

I tried using the scripts installer but it failed to install with the following error: On php 7.2 mcrypt extension has been depreciated.

Strange problem, I have deleted an email account and re-created it. After that I cannot receive emails on that account, there is an error:

550 5.1.1 User not found

I can however send emails

I've checked main.cnf and there is: virtual_alias_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/virtual This file contains emails

Please help.

I have 93.3% usage for /usr/share/webmin/shell/index.cgi

I have several websites working well on the default ip. I want to add other ip and other website that works on these ip. I have added a new virtual server and I put the ip. Everything is correct but if I try to access the web makes me a 301 redirection to the first web of the ip by default.

I've used webmin before and I didn't have any problems, but now with virtualmin I can't make it work.

what may be failing?

when doing a re-check shows me the following error:

Virtualmin is configured to setup DNS zones, but this system is not setup to use itself as a DNS server. Either add 127.0.0.1 to the list of DNS servers, or turn off the BIND feature on the module config page.

if I try to deactivate it tells me that it can not because it is being used by several websites that I have already added. And if I try to add that ip, it tells me that error because it is not ip valid.

What can I do ?
