IPv6 question

Is the ipv6 address in virtual server settings some bogus default setting? Because it isnt the same as the IPv6 addy that my host has assigned to me.

When I try wget from a different server I get this:

CalDAV & DAV login

I'm wanting to get CalDAV working on one of my customers virtual server but I'm completely unfamiliar with DAV. What does enabling DAV Login for a user do? Can this be used as a CalDAV server or is there a good script for this? Any help pointing me in the right direction (or even a tutorial) would be a great help.

My Server is absolutely HAMMERED on CPU not sure why at all Happens Sporadically.

CPU 100% strikes again bigger than ever :(

mysql crashed cannot restart

I woke up this morning to find my sites were all down due to no database connection. Upon trying to restart from virtualmin I get this error: Redirecting to /bin/systemctl start mariadb.service Job for mariadb.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status mariadb.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.

Here is the log: http://paste.ubuntu.com/19357576/

I tried renaming the 3 ibdata mysql files and then restarting but that did not work.

Guest Resolution above 800x600

I'm running a headless Ubuntu 15.10 Server as a host.

I have Ubuntu 16.04 with LXDE running as a KVM guest.

Webmin tells me that it is running the newest version.

I have enabled high resolution graphics set to Yes under the Edit System tab in Cloudmin followed up by --std-vga under additional KVM parameters.

My Ubuntu 16.04 with LXDE KVM guest will not allow me select any resolution other than 800x600.

Can anybody help me understand how to allow a higher resolution on my LXDE KVM guest?

error 403 on all virtual servers after restoring backup

Hi,

I’m experiencing error 403 on all virtual servers after i’ve migrated the virtual servers from my old server to the new one. Both are running centos 7 and I’ve followed the guide on https://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/system/migrate.

I’ve been searching the forums on topics related to this but couldn’t find any answer. Hope someone is able to help me with this issue.

Regards,

Bjorn

Bind9 and Spamassassin do not start after boot - Ubuntu 16.04 x32, DigitalOcean droplet

Hi!

After boot Bind9 and Spamassassin do not start. The autostart is enabled in the bootup and shutdown menu. If I start them manually they work like charm so I have created a cron job to start them - not sure if it is elegant, since they do not crash - but I assume it can be a bug, too. What do you suggest me to do? Can you please look after it?

DKIM Key generator, possible to create smaller one?

Hello,

I wanted to set up a DKIM Key (I suspect it's not having one that lands all my mail in spam with all major email providers)

However, my DNS hoster does not allow more than 255 characters in his TXT records. His nameservers are limited to 255 apparently.

Is there a workaround for that? Can I generate a shorter one? Google wasn't my friend on this one. I found ways to "generate" keys online but I don't exactly trust those myself.
