I don't really know what happened or what was done differently, but now when I go to restart Apache2 using VirtualMin GPL I keep on getting this error.

[code:1] Starting web server (apache2)...(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:80 (98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down Unable to open logs failed! [/code:1]

Also get the same error if I try to start apache from shell using /etc/init.d/apache2 start

I am using a dyndns for that server and it works fine. When i go to send a email out from my server it response that its spam from the receaving server and doesnt send the email to the receaving server. the strange things that it work from the main account to gmail but when i send via another account it rejects the email. i can receive email just fine,but sending it not find. I would like to know how i can resolve this issue?

Hi! I've seen that was discussed already, but couldn't find a solution yet. So, what I have: webmin 1.430, virtualmin GPL, 2 domains hosted on the server. Both domains have different subdomains, both domains are set in the BIND config. to use as NS the everydns.net addresses, the NS I've created for each (and added to the registrar's site) and a NS, the default, which is the server's name.

I am using the GPL version of Vmin.

What is the new method when one wants to apply theme changes to existing servers?

In the past I was able to apply changed by disabling and then enabling the server. But this method seems to have stopped working. Is there a new procedure for accomplishing this, or was this feature removed.<br><br>Post edited by: thetitan, at: 2008/10/10 06:36

   I don't know if I have asked this question before but I need to ask it now, Is there a way to configure the server on a per site basis, in other words I need to configure some sites with register globals on and some with register globals off. Is there a way to do this?

If so how and where would I configure it?

I've setuped my primary server on local network. I've tested it and everything was fine till I've move it to new location with new IP.

Problem is in secondary DNS server. In config file there is always written old IP (10.0.0.106) as master server, but now master has new public IP. I've tried to set up everything once again, but I am missing something. I don't know where to look for problem.

My fastcgi service stopped starting properly. I would like to see when exactly it started failing on restart, so that I could see which subversion commit broke it. I cannot see this information in the rails logs.

I've been searching for an answer to this, but didn't find any, so here we go:

When migrating a virtual server from cpanel to virtualmin every user with email on that server has to change their login in their email-reader. Virtualmin use user.domain while cpanel has user+domain.tld

Is there a quick hack that will enable me to migrate users from cpanel til virtualmin without having each and every person change their configuration in outlook ?
