Problem uploading big file

Hi, I set up proftpd in my server and I'm trying through filezilla to upload a backup of blog to my new server. The problem is the file is gigantic (in this case 3gb), and after upload a certain ammount of gbs it fails and it refuses to continue the upload. How can I upload such a big to my server? How do I configure virtualmin to allow the upload?

Thanks!

Ps: No, it is not a problem of space, I have a 500gb hd, and I set up a quota to unlimited.

Can't connect via smtp

Hi,

I have a trouble with the smtp connection. When I try to connect using GMail (add external account option) with the following data:

- SMTP: mail.domain.com
- Port: 587
- Username: username
- Password: password
- Connect using TLS

I get the following error:

"535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: generic failure code(535)".

Here is my mail log:

Php not working

I tried this process with "CentOS 7 server" and "Centos 7 Minimal".

I am creating a virtual server. But php files are not working. Instead, php files are starting to download directly.

For example: I write "<? Php phpinfo ();?>" To test.php file. When I open http://domain.com/test.php, the test.php file is not working and is downloaded to my computer.

Centosa did not have any intervention. I just installed original virtualmin.

How can I solve this problem?

Debian 8 LEMP Stack

When trying to use the automated installer to install a LEMP stack on a fresh Debian 8 install it fails because at some point in the installation apache2 gets installed (I'm assuming this is happening because of how PHP is being installed).

I've tried this on three different Debian 8 installations using the latest version of the install.sh script to install a LEMP bundle.

batch create users inside their own subfolders

Hello! I work at a small (and free!) web coding school in Belgium (BeCode). We would like to provide a hosting server for our students, so that they can publish their assignments in an environment we control (otherwise they use crappy free hosting services). We have an AWS instance. I tested ispconfig and then virtualmin and I really like virtualmin much more, mainly because it allows to batch create users.

Now, i'm looking for a way to do this:
