Permission issus after SQL deteled

hi there,

so i installed x cache on one of myserver and after 3 days i start getting "Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress"

so I install mysql again

but then all my worpress sites start giving permission and ftp connection error,

I used CHOWN command but the error still coming.

Can anyone suggest anything or help with this strange issue.

From a fresh install I have found this is the best procedure to setup a slave DNS at the time of creating your virtualmin server. This is from a fresh install of virtualmin on two separate servers. One will act as the primary to host websites, the other as a slave DNS server to be a secondary nameserver.

For this walkthrough I will be referring to DNS1 as simply DNS and DNS2 as DNS2, this is cleaner. But it's truly your preference, You say tomato I say tomato. Good.

accept mail from subdomain but not for domain

Hi.

It's my first time configuring such a system: our website is hosted at Host1, our mails at gmail. And I also just setup Virtualmin to run several apps under subdomains at Host2.

I have emails for subdomains working fine. But when an email from a subdomain is sent to the main domain, ie... from mail@sub.domain.com to me@domain.com, the local postfix says the alias is not know to the local server...

Best route to setup website as "www."

I have Virtualmin setup with a server titled "mydomain.com". I allowed it to create a website during the setup process and it has created the folder "/home/{username}/public_html" for serving content to Apache. I have popped a "Hello World" HTML file in here for testing
