What is the best practice in terms of setting quota's in a plan? Make the server quota different from the administrator's quota? Or make them the same? Why differentiate them?
I'd be curious to hear how other folks go about this as well.
One benefit to making them different, is that if the server admin got an influx of email (perhaps they're away for a week), you wouldn't want their full inbox to prevent all of the other email accounts, databases, and such from working.
Personally, I haven't seen that come up very often, and I usually just make them the same.
