Yum update fails, ClamAV problem

Yum update fails, ClamAV problem... here's the error:

Transaction Check Error: file /usr/share/man/man5/clamd.conf.5.gz from install of clamav-server-0.94.2-1.vm.el5 conflicts with file from package clamav-0.94-3vm.el5

Suggestions anyone?
