Validate Virtual Servers: AWstats synchronize

When I run Validate Virtual Servers I get this error for all my sites: AWstats reporting : The system's AWstats program at /usr/share/awstats/wwwroot/cgi-bin/awstats.pl is not the same as the domain's copy at /home/X/cgi-bin/awstats.pl. You will need to disable and re-enable the AWstats feature to synchronize them.

I tried disabling the plug-in then re-enabling it; did not fix it.

How do I fix this?

Pro version on CentOS

Try disabling and re-enabling the awstats feature for the particular domain that's not working (in Edit Virtual Server -> Features), rather than system-wide.

If this problem is happening for more than one domain, you may want to consider using the command line tool to perform that for all your domains if you have the Pro version.

how would such a command look like?
and will the re-enabling erase previously collected data?
