How do I make dav read and write?

Hi,

I'm trying out virtualmin to see if I can switch everything from cPanel easily enough. I can't seem to get web dav to give me anything more than read only. Does anybody know what to change to allow write privileges to the folder? I'm logging in as the site owner.
