Scheduled backup tries to backup deleted MySQL dbs

Yesterday I was playing with some install scripts which also created MySQL databases. After playing i removed the scripts. All dbs are removed, they are no longer visibile in ¨edit databases¨ or PHPMyAdmin. But now the virtualmin backup procedure still tries to backup those removed dbs. Log excerpt:

Dumping MySQL database clydewaal_phpsupport .. .. dump failed! mysqldump: Got error: 1049: Unknown database 'clydewaal_phpsupport' when selecting the database

How does the backup procedure create the list of databases to backup?
