That'd be proxy alias forwarding or framed forward. In the module configuration page, look in the "Defaults for new domains" section and set "Allow creation of forwarding-only websites?" to "Yes using proxying". Framed forwarding also works, though it relies on the browser to make the illusion complete, so might provide more data to nosy end users than you want.

Oh, yeah, once you've done that, a new field will appear on the Create Virtual Server page, in the "IP address and forwarding" section labeled "Proxy website to URL", and you'd fill in www.redirect_domain.com.
