Migration Issues - Domain already hosted

When I first installed virtualmin I set up my domain through the virtualmin control panel. Now I am trying to migrate my site into Virtualmin but I keep getting the error:

The domain "domain".com is already hosted by your Apache webserver

I have removed the virtual host from virtualmin and any traces of the host from the server. What am I missing?

look in the httpd.conf to see if there is something in the <virtualhost> directive ?
