Missing Backup Virtual Server option

After upgrading from Virtualmin 3.56 GPL to 3.59 GPL, now when I go into each of my virtual server's, the backup virtual server option is gone. It use to be above the exclude directories button now it has gone AWOL!

I'm using Debian Etch 4.0 with the latest Webmin 1.420. Anyone having the same problem?
