How does one change the default DNS given new

Right now it's being set to

IN SOA localhost

Because I think I set it to localhost at some point. Where can I change it?

check:
webmin - servers - BIND DNS Server - click module config in the top - navigate to Zone file options in the dropdown - Default master server for master zones
If that says localhost then you need to change it.

then in
webmin - servers - BIND DNS Server - zone defaults - Default nameserver for master domains
