Hi there to this wonderful community
I am facing a delay in delivering incoming email messages to their mailboxes when virus detection and spamassassin are activated in a Virtualmin virtual server. The delay is of exactly 2 minutes and i can see the delayed messages staying in Postfix queue for exactly this period only when spamassassin is on at Edit Virtual Server-> Enabled Features.
I do not notice any memory or cpu overload when this happens, neither could i find any related log files error .
Has anyone faced similar problem? I understand this is not an issue of Virtualmin and could be probably addressed in some Postfix or spamassassin related fortum, but i have googled quite much and found not any credible solution so far.
Thank you
Solved Finally problem solved by deactivating virus scanning
