New to Cloudmin.
First, what's the difference of these 2 options in Cloudmin panel?
When I use the create option, I get this:
Failed to create system : The hostname for a KVM instance cannot contain a . , as the domain name is added automatically
I inputted the hostname as: mydomain.com test.mydomain.com
Both failed.
I then tried just "mydomain" without TLD. Creation worked, but appears like this:
Create New System mydomain.cloudmin.example.com
'Add' is for when you want to add an already existing kvm install so it can be managed by cloudmin.
Create is for create brand new.
Correct the host name of your host system and the mydomain.cloudmin.example.com will be corrected. Easiest is to edit /etc/hostname and put in your correct domain-name.com. Then KVM instances are sub-domains of that.
