Can Virtualmin do this?

I want to setup one virt machine and then i would like for that machine to replicate to an identical machine as a cold standby. If the first machine dies I can then contact my DC, have the ips moved to the new machine and have things come right back.

Howdy,

A method we suggest for that sort of thing is to generate backups using the command line tools, copy those backups to the spare, then restore them. The process would be similar to the migration described here:
