Cannot create new folders or files

Hi Guys Running webmin 1.930 which i upgraded to the other day on ubuntu server 16.04

Since then i keep getting errors when trying to create new folders or files

Here is an example from the /home directory

Error opening directory /%2Fhome No such file or directory

I am logged in as root

Please can you assist

Total Novice here, UBTU18.04. I too am having same issue. I am not connecting via https: and I suspect that may be my issue.
