How to whitelist external server ip address in Virtualmin?

I am confused by how whitelisting works in virtualmin,

I need to whitelist another server ip address so whmcs module (which is installed on my virtualmin system) with communicate with the other system

So, i have to whitelist Virtualmin ip on the other machine and whitelist External System IP address on this one

I use FirewallD.
