I can not connect via FTP

Hello, I write this post because I have tried to use all the solutions available here in this forum.

However, in filezilla the following error appears:

Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 ProFTPD 1.3.5e Server (Debian) [172.26.13.23]
Command: AUTH TLS
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...

Response: 220 ProFTPD 1.3.5e Server (Debian) [172.26.13.23]

  • Have you been able to connect before?
  • What "solutions available here" have you tried?
  • Did you check if it was a firewall issue?
  • Are you using an FTP client? If so, are you connecting in "Passive" or "Active" mode? What mode is the server expecting?
