Question about incremental backup

Hi,

I read the documentation that says you can, as an example, run a full backup every week and do incrementals in between. Ok I was already doing that.

As far as restoration is concerned it is mentionned that you have to restore the most recent full backup and then just the most recent incremental, not all of them one by one (which would be quite a chore of course) .... Is that correct, I thought I had to restore all incrementals ... if yes, good news :-)

Restoring just the most recent incremental after the latest full backup will restore it to the state when the incremental was created. The database is always backed up.
