I've had to replace a physical firewall and want to open the correct email / web / etc ports for Virtualmin to operate. Is there a way to check and see which ports are currently in use? The Webmin IPTables firewall module doesn't seem to be showing me everything. For example, none of the mail ports (25, 110) are listed.

It depends on what services you wish to use, but this is a fairly default iptables list looks like in Virtualmin:
