Wondering if you solved this? I added a new virtual server and "poof" the navigation disappeared..
Well I have checked "roots" permission in webmin users. I removed all the virtualmin options saved, then added them back. i changed the theme to "old webmin" (that brought back memories), then changed it back to authentic. I manually updated authentic to 19.22. i have restarted webmin and reboot the server. The only thing under virtualmin is the "dashboard" link....
