New install.sh version EA4.1

Hi all,

I've just rolled out version EA4.1 of install.sh, which corrects two annoying issues. As always, this only effects new installs, and install.sh should never be run after a successful installation (and certainly never on a production system!).

Anyway, this release corrects the broken final update of dependencies on all platforms, as well as makes sure the "universe" repository is available on Ubuntu and Debian systems. But led to either failed installations, or annoying and confusing error messages.
