Hello, I am getting the following on a fresh install of webmin. I have installed via both the repo as well as the rpm. when the repo had issues, I uninstalled and tried the rpm and still have the issues.

I have tried to install mysql server and apache and get the same error on both
I'm having the same problem trying to install PostgreSQL, exact same error. Did you find a solution?
I've updated and restarted everything because Webmin in its conf module says it may need a restart after Perl updates. But no difference.
