SMTP & POP/IMAP configuration

Bonjour cher,

Nous avez migré nos site vers virtualmin, mais nous sommes bloqué au niveau des mails. Dans userMin, nous voyons bien les mails, mais dans le client thunderbirg, par exemple, on ne peut pas ni recevoir, ni envoyer les mails. Quelque soit le mot de passe mis dans virtualmin, ca ne passe.

Pouvez-vous nous aider urgemment?

Howdy,

Note that today is a holiday in the US (Thanksgiving), so there's a lot fewer people viewing the Forums than usual.

However, one thing to check is to ensure that the username you're using is correct.

To do that, log into Virtualmin, and click "Edit Users" for your domain. Then look in the "IMAP Login" column. You'd want to ensure that you're using the username listed there.
