How to reboot postfix dovecot automatically after Let's Encrypt updates

Is it possible to automatically restart postfix and dovecot after the Let's Encrypt certificate is automatically updated?

Automatic Let's Encrypt updates work like a charm and are even copied to postfix and dovecot, but I still have to restart these services after the updates. The problem is that I only find out that a reboot is needed after mail users receive invalid certificates errors in their mail client.

Find out when its updated and set a cron to restart them or set a cron to restart them before the end of each month
