LetsEncrypt "combined" file for Webmin SSL

Hi there,

I have a LetsEncrypt SSL certificate for my webmin hostname set through Webmin > Webmin Configuration > SSL Encryption > Let's Encrypt. It successfully creates the files:

/etc/webmin/letsencrypt-key.pem, letsencrypt-cert.pem and letsencrypt-ca.pem

It does not however create a "combined" file with the cert and ca combined (also known as fullchain I believe). If I create the certificate through a virtualmin account it successfully creates a combined file in the user home directory. I am guessing it may have something to do with me not having my hostname as a virtualmin account. I also use the same hostname for email ftp and ssh. Thunderbird for example complains if I don't use the combined cert which is breaking the automation process.

Is there something I can set for this to be created at the time of certificate renewal? Or even better still, the devs could add the combined cert into the Webmin Configuration > SSL Encryption > Let's Encrypt user interface.

Perhaps I've missed a setting or template option for this!

Hope someone can help, cheers!

I am running on CentOS Linux 6.9 x64, Webmin version: 1.881, Usermin version: 1.741, Virtualmin version: 6.03

Dealing with the same; and for some reason just combining the file seems to lack a part of the chain in my case
