Re-Send Signup Email not works

Hello,

I tried today re-send signup email and it not works, sent nothing.

But report:

Sending email notification to domain owner .. .. email sent to userblabal@domainblablabal.com

I check templates, check sources - nothing.

How switch this on or fix ?

On creation of virtualmin servers - emails sent, but re-send not works.
