Error on version 3.32: MySQL database cannot be created

Hello,

I am getting an error on creating (the first) virtual domain on the server:

Creating MySQL database kompass .. .. MySQL database failed! : SQL desc db failed : Can't create/write to file '/tmp/#sql_63e_0.MYI' (Errcode: 13) at /usr/libexec/webmin/web-lib-funcs.pl line 862.

Does anybobody know what this is? Probably the system admins who made an error on installing the MySQL. The check of Virtualmin was ok.
