How to store custom configuration options in Virtualmin Install Scripts?

When installing Virtualmin Install Script user can type custom configuration options in Webmin Script install options form (selectbox, textfield, textarea), that passed to install script. But can Virtualmin Install Script store custom options, typed by user in install form, for later usage, for example on upgrade action?
