Quotas and Limits for virtualmin domain owner

How/where can I enable the content of Quotas and limits in Virtual Server Details when logged as domain owner? I would like my users to have a visibility on the server space consumption? Btw. is there a way to get a report on quotas and usage by user/virtual server?
